A space to study, practice, and embody the science of yoga — through structured learning, guided practice, and timeless teachings rooted in classical tradition.
Science and Stillness was created for sincere seekers — beginners, practitioners, and teachers who want to understand yoga beyond physical movement. In a world overflowing with information, this is a place to come back to depth, discipline, and transformative wisdom.
Our programs integrate the classical teachings of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, and Hatha Yoga with modern insights from functional anatomy, breathwork science, and mindfulness. This is yoga that expands you from within — on the mat and beyond it.
Rooted in the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika — wisdom that has stood for centuries.
Pranayama and functional anatomy taught with precision — so you understand not just how, but why.
Study, practice, and self-inquiry woven together — because yoga is not information, it is transformation.
Yoga is not a once-a-week activity — it is a daily relationship with yourself. Our live online practice sessions are designed for students who want to build a consistent, intelligent, and evolving practice guided by an experienced teacher.
Whether you join for the morning asana session, a noon pranayama practice, or an evening meditation — each class is structured, purposeful, and deeply connected to the classical teachings.
Intelligent movement rooted in alignment, breath, and anatomical awareness.
Breath practices that develop energy, clarity, and nervous system balance.
Guided practices from classical techniques — dharana, dhyana, and Yoga Nidra.
Seven structured courses spanning the full breadth of classical yoga — from foundational living to advanced philosophy, anatomy, and the science of breath. All self-paced. All lifetime access.
